JSID is with you through all phases : conceptual programming, drawings and presentations, proposals, purchasing, installation, and punch lists. We will collaborate and integrate with your architectural team and contractors, ensuring a coordinated effort that keeps the ball rolling and the process most efficient.

Have samples, will travel! We can go where you go. Over the decades, we have followed many clients from home to home (or to boat) wherever opportunities and dreams take them. From New York City to a Yacht in Ft. Lauderdale, Lake Tahoe, or Park City. We want to be your design team for life!

Each project is an opportunity to push the boundaries of the style that we’re used to, leading us to create new, transformative interiors that are notably uncommon. Our work is characterized by a clean aesthetic with a hard-to-describe sophisticated, worldly edge. Our mission is to tailor each interior to the client, giving a little push past the norms with the end result of joyfully exceeding expectations. We strive to make it fun, inspiring, and ultimately jaw dropping.

Our design services include architecture consulting, spatial planning, material and finish selections, furniture selection, custom furniture, drapery, and millwork design. Given the opportunity, we will put our touch on the design detail all the way down to the bedding, barware, and books.

jennifer sher CEO + creative director

Jennifer Sher is the founder and creative director of JSID in Las Vegas. For the last two decades, Sher has built a reputation for provocative and sophisticated interiors.

Working in some of the most architecturally exciting homes, she has had the opportunity to push the boundaries of her field and leave a unique footprint. Her work is characterized by a clean aesthetic with a creative worldly edge.

A philanthropist and mother of three grown children, her signature pose (read: outlook on life) is mid-air joyously jumping off a boat into the sea.

gregory guarnieri lead designer + managing director

Gregory M. Guarnieri has been a principal & lead designer for more than 25 years.

An accomplished designer & project manager for projects on land or sea, he brings an architectural background and an unparalleled breath of experience. Known for a refined, curated eye in mixing both the “now” and “yesterday”, he accepts nothing but excellence.

Gregory, the only kilt-wearing Italian we’ve known, invokes creative brilliance and courage in his projects, leaving clients thrilled.

Never a slave to a trend, always pushing the team a little bit further, and never without a sense of humor and that famous quick wit.

kristin metfcalf lead designer

An UNLV alumnus, Kristin Metcalf started her career in the world of commercial, hospitality, and multi-family design. Since moving into residential design, she has proven her mettle and become a trusted lead designer earning the trust of some of our highest caliber of clients who return to her project after project.

Kristin’s creative spirit and keen design instinct shines through every project. Her leadership skills and work ethic drives everyone on her team to excel and it shows in the results. An eye for detail, skill at the design board and an intuition for aesthetics.

Nicknamed “K Rock” at the office, Kristin is a mother, animal-lover and nature-enthusiast who loves physically challenging herself in the great outdoors.

janeice janvier project coordinator

In Janeice’s role she assists the team with coordination, scheduling and providing updates to clients and vendors. She brings years of organizational knowledge, which is evident in her guidance and support with the team.

Her serious work ethic and good-mom vibes are paired with her quick-to-laugh easy personality, while her professional appearance gives no hint to her motorcycle-riding alter ego.

In her free time, she enjoys music, great books and good movies. Literally, “cool as they come,” Janeice is a super addition to our team!

After many years of running the finances for major corporations, Nancy has us here at JSID managed down to the penny. Her vast accounting experience serves her well with the diverse tasks that she is presented with daily, while her breadth of knowledge about celebrities’ lives keeps us all highly entertained at the lunch table.

Nancy enjoys the accuracy of accounting and the respect of her colleagues, and JSID has done an excellent job of keeping her busy!

A transplant from Southern California, Nancy is enjoying the beautiful weather in her new home in Las Vegas. She fills her spare time with reading, baking, working out, and going to as many concerts as she can attend.

Las Vegas born and raised, Tori is the beloved curator of our resource library, interface with vendors and creator of the bulk of client paperwork deliverables. She is currently pursuing an interior design degree. Having recently finished renovating her own house, she can RELATE to clients living through a renovation!

Here in the office she manages to get through stacks of work brilliantly, while her infectious laugh and great attitude keep us all happy. When not obsessing over design, she obsesses over her cute dog, Lemon.
